Our collaboration with local technical institutes and universities keeps going strong in 2026. Spending time with students and sharing what we do is something we’ve always carried forward with the genuine enthusiasm of our involved colleagues.

Over the past few days, we hosted the fourth-year students from IIS BADONI at our plant. They had the chance to explore three of our advanced labs: technological, heat treatment & finishing, and equipment control, getting a real glimpse of what happens inside a modern manufacturing environment.

Yesterday we also joined the Politecnico di Milano – Lecco Campus during the introduction to the Industrial Production Engineering course, sharing a practical perspective on how academic path can translate into real opportunities within an evolving manufacturing company.

Staying open to our community and connected with younger generations is the best way for us to give back all the inspiration and value that come from the fascinating world of our industry.
