While the Project Leader function is always present, the specific person may vary depending on the project or phase, giving new team members exposure to different working styles and areas of expertise.
The Project Coordinator supports day-to-day project activities, while the Project Leader remains the direct point of contact for the customer and is responsible for overall coordination.

This model allows us to develop skills progressively and prepares individuals, once they have demonstrated the necessary competencies and leadership capabilities, to take on the role of Project Leader.
