When people shape welfare, #welfare becomes real.
A few months ago, a group of colleagues volunteered to help shape our welfare program. Guided by the priorities expressed by our entire company community, many of those ideas have already become reality.

In just two months, projects focused on health, community and everyday support have come to life: a company book-crossing corner, purchasing groups with local producers, webinars on cancer prevention, guidance services for employees caring for elderly parents or raising children, and practical time-saving services such as on-site car washing.

And then there are the moments that simply bring people together.
🏐 The company beach volleyball tournament featured in these photos was a chance to connect with colleagues from across the organization, have fun and build relationships beyond our daily roles. It also helped select the team that will represent us in an upcoming inter-company tournament.
