Over the past two years, our team at M.S.Ambrogio North America has worked to strengthen communication, recognition and the overall employee experience.
The results of our latest employee survey suggest that these efforts are moving in the right direction.

Compared with our previous survey:
✅ More than doubled the number of employees who feel appreciated for their work (69% vs 33%)
✅ Nearly doubled overall job satisfaction (78% vs 41%)
✅ 80% of employees report improved company communication
✅ 72% see a more positive workplace environment

Most importantly, the survey confirms that engagement is built through continuous dialogue. While the feedback also highlights areas where we can improve, it provides valuable direction for the future.
