In 2022, our Human Resources department organized an education program of 5,305 hours that involved all of our 670 employees. Technical and digital training courses, flanked by a wide variety of initiatives for acquiring and improving soft #skills, have been the booster of our plan designed to enhance the ongoing #learning process.
