A team of our technicians, thoroughly trained in the activation and automation process of assistance requests, has traveled to Hungary to train colleagues at Springfix Hungary Kft. and to set up equipment for remote video assistance and multilingual voice translation.
This solution, carefully designed by our Continuous Improvement team, will enable M.S.Ambrogio to swiftly address any technical issues that arise in the group's facilities, significantly reducing travel time and costs.
In addition, the use of #AI software will eliminate potential language barriers, ensuring effective understanding and providing the opportunity for ongoing training.
