📈M.S.Ambrogio’s Continuous Improvement Department was officially established in 2021 to give structure to an activity that had always been carried out over the years and take it to the next level.
In just three years, 89 projects have been launched - 80 successfully completed, with 9 still in progress. Around 23% of these projects focus on technological innovation, while the other 77% aim to streamline and optimize business processes across the Group.
A dedicated team of three professionals leads the way, researching and coordinating projects while bringing together specialized teams to tackle each challenge. 💡
