These meetings aim to strengthen a shared governance model and foster a unified vision, while openly discussing risks and opportunities.
The Q2 2025 meeting is currently underway, and we dropped in for a quick behind-the-scenes look.👀 🤫

Here are a few highlights worth sharing:
✅ The German and Brazilian plants reported outstanding performance in the first months of 2025, following significant technological upgrades.
✅ Sales trends for the current year are projected to exceed those of 2024.
✅ The Continuous Improvement team presented some upcoming initiatives in the pipeline. These projects will involve various plants and will focus both on innovation and technology development, as well as process and efficiency improvement.
