💡 What does philosophy have to do with a manufacturing company focused on technological innovation like ours?
#Philosophy and #technology are often seen as opposites, yet in truth, they strengthen and inspire each other.
So, for the second consecutive year, we’ve joined the “Philosophy and Business” project at the Università degli Studi di Bergamo, a program co-organized with Confindustria Bergamo, that explores how philosophical thinking can create value within organizations, even in highly technical and industrial settings.

We know that innovation isn’t just about developing new technical solutions and that philosophy can play a pivotal role in our company: it helps us expand what’s possible, recognize decision-making patterns, question the assumptions behind our technological and production choices, and clarify the values we aim to create.

Taking part in this project means for us being open to fresh ideas and embracing the insights of young philosophers to keep combining technical precision with depth of vision, because every innovation starts, above all, with a mindset.
