This year, three cross-functional teams in M.S.Ambrogio will play a key role in turning intent into measurable goals and concrete actions.
🌱1. ESG Committee
Bringing together company leadership and the HSE, HR, and Quality departments, this steering group will define the ESG targets that will guide our actions in the next few years.
The goal isn't merely to align with existing requirements, but to actively lead sustainable practices and ethical standards within our industry.
⚖️2. Gender Equality Committee
This working group will focus on monitoring and promoting workforce participation, pay equity, leadership representation, and work–life balance.
Through targeted strategies and certification processes, its aim is to ensure equal opportunities for all colleagues, regardless of gender.
🤝3. Welfare Committee
Composed of colleagues from across the organization, this team was established last year to identify welfare initiatives based on real needs.
In 2026, this group will move from analysis to action, implementing the first concrete projects.
We will share updates on the progress of each of these teams throughout the year.
