A simple assumption guides our approach to corporate wellbeing: the people who experience the company every day are best placed to understand what truly makes a difference.
That is why, last year, a voluntary Welfare Committee was created. Colleagues came together to listen, share ideas, and turn common needs into concrete proposals.
Over the past few days, everyone in the company has had the chance to take part by voting for the initiatives they felt mattered most. Now that priorities have been set, the Committee will focus on bringing these ideas to life, with the company supporting both the process and the selected projects.
The real value lies in doing this together. These initiatives grow out of dialogue and are shaped by colleagues, for colleagues.
This is how we see #welfare: not something to be requested or granted, but something built through participation, collaboration, and shared responsibility.
It is precisely because it is shared and shaped together that this work has even greater value. ✨
