🚀Our Diversity & Inclusion journey has officially begun with two dedicated workshops on gender equality.
Bringing together executives and members of our Gender Equality Committee, we created a space for open, honest dialogue.💬

One important insight we gained is that #diversity is not just a value, but a powerful driver of new perspectives, expanded opportunities, and innovation.
We also explored what #inclusion truly means. It’s not enough to welcome diversity; we must actively build the awareness and skills needed to value and empower it every day.

A crucial part of the conversation focused on microaggressions: small, often unintentional behaviors or comments that can still have a significant and lasting impact.

This is just the beginning. Our commitment is to continue building awareness, strengthening our understanding of respectful behaviors, and fostering a culture where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
