In collaboration with the major technical high schools of the area and with the Politecnico di Milano University, every year we offer a 6-month training course entirely dedicated to young graduates, with the aim of offering them, once it's over, the opportunity to be hired in the company.
We have dedicated a large space in our office to guarantee suitable spaces for carrying out training activities. Our Training Center has been designed to combine theoretical lessons, in a large classroom designed to encourage interaction, and practical exercises in the adjacent laboratory.
