M.S.Ambrogio has joined AIDAF - Associazione Italiana delle Aziende Familiari, the Italian chapter of the International Family Business Network . The aim of the association is to allow a continuous exchange of experiences and best practices among members, to promote, spread and support an ethical way of doing business. M.S.Ambrogio, as a modern and experienced family business, is ready to offer its contribution to the development of a healthy and solid business model, based on the values of ethics, responsibility and meritocracy.

A full two months ahead of the initial schedule, the #new manufacturing area at the Springfix Hungary Kft. plant was inaugurated yesterday, by M.S.Ambrogio Group President and CEO, Mario Sangalli, together with Marco Ruggeri, Tim Werding, Zoltán Varga and distinguished local guests such as Gábor Erős, Member of Hungarian Parliament, Balázs Steindl, Deputy Mayor of Esztergom.
This successful project was made possible thanks to the active cooperation of Hungarian, Italian and German colleagues within the M.S.Ambrogio Group, paving the way for other similar joint investments in near future.
All M.S.Ambrogio Group companies join Springfix Hungary Kft. in celebrating this new #milestone!

Our colleagues at M.S.Ambrogio North America know very well that food is a natural social glue and a very effective #team building experience!
Last week they organised a barbecue at Auburn plant on the occasion of the visit of Mario Sangalli, Marco Ruggeri and Francesca Sangalli. A time when everyone collaborated in preparing the meal, sharing tasks to reach the same (tasty, in this case) goal. As it happens in a family. As it happens in our companies.

#Internationalisation processes explained step by step: from the winning choices made, to those that needed to be reconsidered, from unexpected opportunities that turned out to be decisive, to the management of cultural aspects.
Last week, Marco Ruggeri, General Manager, and Valerio Pirovano, Plant Manager, met more than 50 students of the Master in Business Management at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, in Piacenza, and talked about M.S.Ambrogio's approach and experience during three different operations that led to the establishment of our companies abroad: a greenfield investment, a joint venture and an acquisition. For all of them, a unique vision: to make M.S.Ambrogio's know-how available in different geographical contexts, guaranteeing proximity and a high level of service to its customers.
Special thanks to Prof. Sante Maiolica for inviting us and organising this meeting, to the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore for hosting the workshop, and to all the #students for attending the meeting and participating with their questions.

A further 5,000 square meters, those of the roof of M.S.Ambrogio production plant in Chignolo d'Isola, have been covered with photovoltaic panels and since 1st July the 375 KWp system is finally in operation. Thanks to this installation, which is in addition to the 2,174 MWp one operating in Cisano Bergamasco, we can produce 2,859 MW/year, corresponding to 155,000 equivalent trees, with a guaranteed #CO2 reduction of 2,380 tons. And that's not all yet! Stay tuned!
