In addition to the regular monthly management meetings held at each company, at the end of every quarter, the CEOs and CFOs of our plants meet for alignment sessions. These meetings aim to strengthen a shared governance model and foster a unified vision, while openly discussing risks and opportunities.
The Q2 2025 meeting is currently underway, and we dropped in for a quick behind-the-scenes look.👀 🤫

Here are a few highlights worth sharing:
✅ The German and Brazilian plants reported outstanding performance in the first months of 2025, following significant technological upgrades.
✅ Sales trends for the current year are projected to exceed those of 2024.
✅ The Continuous Improvement team presented some upcoming initiatives in the pipeline. These projects will involve various plants and will focus both on innovation and technology development, as well as process and efficiency improvement.

That’s all we can share for now — but these Corporate Steering Committee meetings are always key moments for visionary and innovative decisions.

At M.S.Ambrogio, we take on every challenge, even the fun ones!
That’s why last Saturday, we hit the field to face off against four other local companies in the “Companies League” tournament. ⚽🏐
Thirty colleagues formed two five-a-side football teams and one beach volleyball team, competing in 14 exciting matches against some seriously tough opponents.
It was an afternoon full of laughs, energy, and, above all fair play, respect, and true team spirit.
Huge thanks to everyone who stepped up to play, to those who trained after working shifts, and to all the colleagues cheering from the sidelines. On the pitch or in the plant, it’s teamwork that makes us strong.

Over 400 people were welcomed at M.S.Ambrogio do Brasil Ltda for a special day dedicated to the most important team in everyone's life: family.

We were glad to welcome a group of students from the Industrial Production Management course at FATEC SÃO JOSÉ DOS CAMPOS to our Brazilian plant.
From organizational models to cutting-edge technology, the visit was a deep dive into how a modern manufacturing company runs day by day.
