Yesterday, around 40 students from ITIS Paleocapa BG joined M.S.Ambrogio facilities for a training on-the-job project, which we planned and designed in collaboration with PentaP s.r.l. and ECOTRE VALENTE Srl.
An initiative offering students a complete insight into high-precision mechanical design, thanks to the use of Bihler bNX CAD software by Otto Bihler Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG and finite element analysis. A unique opportunity for students to gain a practical understanding of how much #technology and #expertise is required for the production of an apparently simple metal part.

The new facility of M.S.Ambrogio do Brasil Ltda was inaugurated yesterday by the Group President and CEO, Mario Sangalli, together with Marco Ruggeri, Corporate General Manager, and Eduardo Ghilardi, CEO of M.S.Ambrogio do Brasil, in the presence of our enthusiastic Brazilian colleagues.
An extra 3,500 sqm for the new manufacturing area and attached labs/offices, soon to be equipped with state-of-the-art #technology. A real flagship for the whole Group, which will turn out to be an important advantage in meeting the growing market demand in the area.
Way to go! Our Brazilian colleagues last month were celebrated for reaching a #carreer milestone at M.S.Ambrogio do Brasil Ltda: 5, 10, 15 or 20 years. Milestones that tell stories of commitment, dedication and passion, the main ingredients that have allowed our company to #evolve over the decades. Let's go on growing together!
More than 100 Mln euros of self-financed #investments over the last four years outline the profile of M.S.Ambrogio: a highly specialised and innovative group that takes its responsibility towards human resources, the environment, and the social community very seriously.
For the year just begun, which marks the 75th anniversary of the company's foundation, 20 Mln euros have been earmarked for #technological investments.

This moment was made even more special by the announcement of an upcoming #anniversary: 2024 will mark the 75th year since the founding of M.S.Ambrogio. A wonderful milestone, greeted with huge emotion.

This year as well, M.S.Ambrogio joined the SME Day initiative organized by Confindustria Bergamo. Over 60 students from the middle school in Cisano Bergamasco took part in this visit aimed at showing them how it is to work in a manufacturing company today, how much varied expertise is required for the smooth running of the whole, and how rewarding it can be to work in a team with the same vision and goal. An orientation opportunity for these curious 13-year-olds, who animated the morning with questions and great interest.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Cinzia Sangalli Memorial Scholarship.
An initiative launched to offer a strong message to young people, starting with those who are part of our "big family", the children of our employees, and encourage them to always do better. Opening night of another extraordinary edition of Capolavoro per Lecco, a cultural initiative that M.S.Ambrogio supports as main sponsor, and which this year is about the exhibition of Michelangelo Buonarroti's restored drawing "Sacrifice of Isaac." This extraordinary work is flanked by equally outstanding masterpieces by Vermiglio, Brunelleschi and Ghiberti. Immersive artworks that will be presented to visitors from today to March 3rd by more than 150 high school students involved.

Today and tomorrow M.S.Ambrogio is going to share its #expertise on heat treatments, as well as process and product engineering, with students from the Betty Ambiveri Technical Institute in Presezzo #Bergamo.
In the coming months, we will then host these same students at our facilities to show them the #processes we have described. A complete #experience to bring them closer to the fascinating world of #enterprises.
