🎉And the second consecutive victory of the students from the Istituto Comprensivo di Cisano Bergamasco at SME Day “Industriamoci”, promoted by Confindustria Bergamo, is a powerful confirmation of that.
Once again this year, the winning project “Choosing for the Future” was inspired by, developed around, and connected to the experience of M.S.Ambrogio.

The 2025 edition of the initiative involved 104 companies and institutions, around 3,500 students, and 46 schools across the Bergamo area.

On World Bee Day, we’re buzzing about launching a new biodiversity initiative at the M.S.Ambrogio headquarters.
Our green areas, located in the heart of Parco Adda Nord, will soon host 15 bee houses, creating a small ecosystem dedicated to protecting pollinators, biodiversity, and ultimately our future.
The potential impact, based on industry benchmark data, is incredible:
🐝 around 450,000 bees protected
🌼 over 225 million flowers pollinated every day
🌍 more than 11,000 hectares naturally reached by pollinators

✨ A tangible contribution to biodiversity and environmental awareness.
For us, sustainability means creating concrete actions that connect industry, territory and nature.

🌐 One month after the #SAP go-live at Springfix Hungary Kft., we can look back on a project that brought together our Italian, German, and Hungarian IT teams around a common objective.

The rollout was an opportunity to strengthen collaboration across countries, roles, and functions, with teams working in a more connected and solution-oriented way. Clear responsibilities, direct communication, and strong involvement from all sides helped keep momentum throughout the different phases of the project.

🚀 In the final stage, local key users and project teams worked closely side by side to support the transition and ensure operational continuity from day one.

When a new team member joins our Engineering Department, the focus is on building a comprehensive understanding of the company, the projects, and the full range of role-related activities.

New team members begin as Project Coordinators and work in a one-to-one setup with a Project Leader, ensuring continuous guidance and alignment throughout their development.

While the Project Leader function is always present, the specific person may vary depending on the project or phase, giving new team members exposure to different working styles and areas of expertise.
The Project Coordinator supports day-to-day project activities, while the Project Leader remains the direct point of contact for the customer and is responsible for overall coordination.

This model allows us to develop skills progressively and prepares individuals, once they have demonstrated the necessary competencies and leadership capabilities, to take on the role of Project Leader.

Supporting and developing our people is a core priority from day one: we invest in their professional and personal growth, knowing that their capabilities are fundamental to the structured growth of our company.

Our collaboration with local technical institutes and universities keeps going strong in 2026. Spending time with students and sharing what we do is something we’ve always carried forward with the genuine enthusiasm of our involved colleagues.

Over the past few days, we hosted the fourth-year students from IIS BADONI at our plant. They had the chance to explore three of our advanced labs: technological, heat treatment & finishing, and equipment control, getting a real glimpse of what happens inside a modern manufacturing environment.

Yesterday we also joined the Politecnico di Milano – Lecco Campus during the introduction to the Industrial Production Engineering course, sharing a practical perspective on how academic path can translate into real opportunities within an evolving manufacturing company.

Staying open to our community and connected with younger generations is the best way for us to give back all the inspiration and value that come from the fascinating world of our industry.
