More than 100 Mln euros of self-financed #investments over the last four years outline the profile of M.S.Ambrogio: a highly specialised and innovative group that takes its responsibility towards human resources, the environment, and the social community very seriously.
For the year just begun, which marks the 75th anniversary of the company's foundation, 20 Mln euros have been earmarked for #technological investments.
A year that is going to be full of new developments. Stay tuned!
Over 400 of our colleagues joined the President also this year for the traditional #Christmas toast. A joyfully awaited occasion and one more opportunity to thank everyone for their commitment and achievements together. This moment was made even more special by the announcement of an upcoming #anniversary: 2024 will mark the 75th year since the founding of M.S.Ambrogio. A wonderful milestone, greeted with huge emotion.
We all wish our network a Merry Christmas and happy #holidays.
This year as well, M.S.Ambrogio joined the SME Day initiative organized by Confindustria Bergamo. Over 60 students from the middle school in Cisano Bergamasco took part in this visit aimed at showing them how it is to work in a manufacturing company today, how much varied expertise is required for the smooth running of the whole, and how rewarding it can be to work in a team with the same vision and goal. An orientation opportunity for these curious 13-year-olds, who animated the morning with questions and great interest.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Cinzia Sangalli Memorial Scholarship.
An initiative launched to offer a strong message to young people, starting with those who are part of our "big family", the children of our employees, and encourage them to always do better. As President Mario Sangalli said to the young awardees "Consider time in study as the best #investment ever for your entire life: this is the only real road to success! "
Opening night of another extraordinary edition of Capolavoro per Lecco, a cultural initiative that M.S.Ambrogio supports as main sponsor, and which this year is about the exhibition of Michelangelo Buonarroti's restored drawing "Sacrifice of Isaac." This extraordinary work is flanked by equally outstanding masterpieces by Vermiglio, Brunelleschi and Ghiberti. Immersive artworks that will be presented to visitors from today to March 3rd by more than 150 high school students involved.
A great Christmas gift to the whole community! ✨
From time to time, our colleagues turn into lecturers! 👨🏫
Today and tomorrow M.S.Ambrogio is going to share its #expertise on heat treatments, as well as process and product engineering, with students from the Betty Ambiveri Technical Institute in Presezzo #Bergamo.
In the coming months, we will then host these same students at our facilities to show them the #processes we have described. A complete #experience to bring them closer to the fascinating world of #enterprises.
Blechexpo Messe has become a regular appointment with our customers, suppliers and partners, an opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with longstanding and new friends from our industry.
In the last two days we triggered new projects and acquired new technologies, with excellent prospects for mutual business development.
Haven't visited us yet? Drop by and see us! We are at Hall 6, Stand 6508.

M.S.Ambrogio has joined AIDAF - Associazione Italiana delle Aziende Familiari, the Italian chapter of the International Family Business Network . The aim of the association is to allow a continuous exchange of experiences and best practices among members, to promote, spread and support an ethical way of doing business. M.S.Ambrogio, as a modern and experienced family business, is ready to offer its contribution to the development of a healthy and solid business model, based on the values of ethics, responsibility and meritocracy.
A full two months ahead of the initial schedule, the #new manufacturing area at the Springfix Hungary Kft. plant was inaugurated yesterday, by M.S.Ambrogio Group President and CEO, Mario Sangalli, together with Marco Ruggeri, Tim Werding, Zoltán Varga and distinguished local guests such as Gábor Erős, Member of Hungarian Parliament, Balázs Steindl, Deputy Mayor of Esztergom.
This successful project was made possible thanks to the active cooperation of Hungarian, Italian and German colleagues within the M.S.Ambrogio Group, paving the way for other similar joint investments in near future.
All M.S.Ambrogio Group companies join Springfix Hungary Kft. in celebrating this new #milestone!
Our colleagues at M.S.Ambrogio North America know very well that food is a natural social glue and a very effective #team building experience!
Last week they organised a barbecue at Auburn plant on the occasion of the visit of Mario Sangalli, Marco Ruggeri and Francesca Sangalli. A time when everyone collaborated in preparing the meal, sharing tasks to reach the same (tasty, in this case) goal. As it happens in a family. As it happens in our companies.
#Internationalisation processes explained step by step: from the winning choices made, to those that needed to be reconsidered, from unexpected opportunities that turned out to be decisive, to the management of cultural aspects.
Last week, Marco Ruggeri, General Manager, and Valerio Pirovano, Plant Manager, met more than 50 students of the Master in Business Management at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, in Piacenza, and talked about M.S.Ambrogio's approach and experience during three different operations that led to the establishment of our companies abroad: a greenfield investment, a joint venture and an acquisition. For all of them, a unique vision: to make M.S.Ambrogio's know-how available in different geographical contexts, guaranteeing proximity and a high level of service to its customers.
Special thanks to Prof. Sante Maiolica for inviting us and organising this meeting, to the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore for hosting the workshop, and to all the #students for attending the meeting and participating with their questions.
