For the fourth consecutive year, Capolavoro per Lecco kicked off! The cultural initiative, sponsored by M.S.Ambrogio since the very first edition, offers the opportunity to the local community and visitors to enjoy the beauty of unique artistic paintings. Thanks to the generosity of the Vatican Museums, this year three masterpieces by Beato Angelico will be exhibited at Palazzo delle Paure in #Lecco and explained by over 200 duly trained students who will serve as tour guides. The exhibition can be visited until the 4th of March.
This is the time of the year when the Sangalli Family gets together to grant the Cinzia Sangalli Memorial #scholarship. An award offered to children of M.S.Ambrogio employees who have achieved excellent grades in high school and college studies. A moment of joy, celebration and encouragement to do better and better, because the real difference, in everything, is always made by #passion.
Again this year, M.S.Ambrogio was awarded at the Festa delle Imprese event as best 2022 company in the #metalworking industry in Lecco based on an analysis of our financial statement from 2019 to 2021.
A welcome recognition for the results achieved thanks to the policy of investment and continuous improvement adopted by the company. In line with the theme of this year's event "The #human factor: an important means of business #competitiveness," we dedicate this recognition to all the #people who contribute with their work every day to the growth of M.S.Ambrogio.
Quick photo foray today into the second assessment workshop involving decision makers from M.S.Ambrogio departments to discuss targets and prioritize digital transformation actions that will be implemented over the next 3 years.
We set as our key goals to have accurate and reliable #data instantly, standardize business processes from an end-to-end perspective, and dematerialize low-value-added processes.
This will enable us to improve the #efficiency of #business and to #optimize the time and activities of #humanresources involved, ensuring overall greater #wellbeing.
We have started the expansion of M.S.Ambrogio do Brasil Ltda site, which consists in the development of an additional 3,000 square meters from the current 7,300 square meters.
This expansion will increase the production department, which will be furnished with further state-of-the-art machineries, to properly respond to the growing market demand.
The #digitization of all documentation in the manufacturing department, so reducing paper and #energy consumption, is now a reality at our Cisano Bergamasco site.
We have started the first phase of a #project that will lead us to equip our production plant with more than 100 tablets. Our operators will thus be able to check technical documentation and interact with the SAP system, significantly improving document management and concretely preserving the #environment and consumption.
