This solution, conceived and developed internally, in collaboration with GMSL, was designed to automate complex processes, enhance efficiency, and simplify daily workflows.

M.S.Ambrogio has joined a project developed by Università degli Studi di Bergamo and Confindustria Bergamo, which aims to apply the critical thinking of Philosophy Master's students to three selected enterprises. Today, we were the first of the three companies participating in this hands-on workshop, an opportunity to share and look back on the numerous initiatives we pioneered over ten years ago, focusing on continuous training and personal growth.
💡 For us, this is a good chance to receive creative insights and suggestions to enhance relationships and projects, while advancing our ongoing commitment to an increasingly ethical and sustainable future.
Thanks to the Università degli Studi di Bergamo and Dipartimento di Lettere, Filosofia, Comunicazione for hosting and involving us in this initiative, creating a bridge between two seemingly opposing fields, such as philosophical knowledge and the manufacturing business.

Last week, M.S.Ambrogio met with around 50 young students and their supportive parents at the IIS BADONI in Lecco, all interested in exploring educational options.
We invited one of our production team leaders, who is also a former student of the institute, to share his story. From struggling with physics and feeling unmotivated, he found his way, graduated from high school, and now holds a key role in our production department, leading a team with passion and dedication.
For young people planning their future, stories like his can build confidence and reveal paths they may not have even considered—and who knows, maybe one day our paths will cross again.

What made our Family Day so special? It was the remarkable sense of collective commitment! Over 70 dedicated colleagues came together throughout the day to ensure everything flowed seamlessly, from warmly welcoming our guests to guiding them through the interactive company tour, which combined audio guide contents, historical images alongside cutting-edge technology and our experts’ stories, that captivated attendees of all ages.
All of this was complemented by a family-friendly street party, a pleasant and informal moment to enjoy good food and fun with workmates and loved ones.
