Our first Bihler machine was purchased in 1960. Since then, we have established an important partnership, as well as friendship, with Otto Bihler Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG, thanks to a continuous exchange of information and feedback between the engineers on both sides, which has led us to collaborate on the production of ever more sophisticated and market-responsive #machines. M.S.Ambrogio has been recognised as one of the 1,000 Italian companies recording the highest #growth over the past six years and performing best. The recognition was assigned following a nationwide survey conducted by the ItalyPost Research Centre in collaboration with Il Corriere della Sera, the most read daily newspapers in the country.

By the end of this year, we will expand Springfix Hungary Kft. production plant by another 1,550 sqm, which will be equipped with new #machinery and #technology to meet the growing international market demand. We will do it in our way: best technology, highest #quality. Stick around!
With the aim in mind of offering an even more thorough and precise service, we have set up a Finite Element Modelling lab, an extremely valuable asset during both #prototyping and product #industrialization. By carefully studying in advance material behavior, stresses and deformations it may undergo during the production process, we can gain precious information to make the best technical choices and streamline the entire production cycle.
In 2022, our Human Resources department organized an education program of 5,305 hours that involved all of our 670 employees. Technical and digital training courses, flanked by a wide variety of initiatives for acquiring and improving soft #skills, have been the booster of our plan designed to enhance the ongoing #learning process. We believe in our people and are aware that the way our business performs rely on their professional and human #growth.

This year the city of Bergamo, together with Brescia, holds the title of "Italian Capital of Culture," and M.S.Ambrogio gladly supports the activities of the Donizetti Theater Foundation aimed at promoting the cultural heritage of the city of Bergamo through its opera, music, and theater seasons. As well known, M.S.Ambrogio is engaged in #technological development, however, having the clear conviction that true #growth is possible only if economic development is matched by social growth, of which #culture is the main engine.
The #collaboration between our Continuous Improvement and Logistics departments resulted in a new automatic #packaging line, currently being installed. The new fully co-designed and customized line replaces three lines previously in use and provides a 4-fold increase in performance #efficiency, so optimizing the process, space, and #safety.
