This is a beautiful initiative that our Brazilian colleagues at M.S.Ambrogio do Brasil Ltda have enthusiastically joined. The #community of San José dos Campos is mobilising to plant trees along the city's pavements, making the streets greener and more attractive.
Besides, this project offers many environmental and health advantages: #trees create shade on hot days, reduce air pollution, encourage people to walk and provide a habitat for local wildlife.
Every tree planted is an investment for future generations, a gift that will continue to grow and bring benefits for years to come.

Our new cleanliness analysis laboratory is now fully operational!
This brand-new facility includes an extraction cabinet and a complete array of high-precision instruments, allowing us to detect and quantify the contaminants generated during manufacturing. A single workflow, which combines optical and electron microscopy with chemical analysis, supports our experts in identifying and mitigating contamination sources, giving our customers the assurance to always receive clean products.
Do you know anyone who might be interested? On 12 July from 10 a.m. we will welcome newly high school graduated #students willing to get to know us. We will give them a tour of our company, let them interact with our employees, and learn about the growth #opportunities we have in store for them.
From October, our Academy will start up again, a 6-month course to mentor them in the workplace, with the opportunity at the end of it to be hired in M.S.Ambrogio, a solid multinational company.

Works on the expansion of M.S.Ambrogio do Brasil Ltda is proceeding at a great pace. The entire 3,000-square-meter facility has already been built and will be fully operational by the end of the year. The new facility will complement the current production department and will enable an increase in production at our Brazilian headquarters.

M.S.Ambrogio keeps up its close collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano. Following our delegation visit to the university campus in Lecco - Polo territoriale di Lecco - Politecnico di Milano, this week over 40 students from the Industrial Production Engineering course visited us for a practical lesson and a tour of our production facilities.
The students were welcomed by our President who reminded them how a curious and proactive approach, together with strong knowledge, is essential to carve out opportunities for growth and success.

Our Continuous Improvement team is constantly studying new #solutions to enhance the #quality of products and processes at corporate level.
Currently, we have initiated an intra-plant collaboration between M.S.Ambrogio and SPRINGFIX Befestigungstechnik GmbH, for the implementation of a new polishing plant, which will be designed in Italy and transferred to Germany for the finishing of parts intended for the #automotive sector, manufactured and assembled in the German plant. M.S.Ambrogio was invited as a testimonial company to the press conference launching the fifth edition of the #BergamoJobFestival, an initiative we have believed in and attended since its beginnings.
Until May 5, more than 700 students will undertake 3,800 face-to-face interviews with 150 companies in the area, as per the format organized by Confindustria Bergamo and the Territorial School Office. An opportunity we always take with pleasure to present the growth prospects we offer to young people interested in working with us.
